Drop frame skips the ;00 and ;01 frames of every minute except for the 10's of minutes. I'm aware of how that works this is related to which drop frame time codes that Avid skips in a 23.98 NTSC project. When the sequence time code is drop frame the A frame relationship changes as the drop frame offset accumulates. What I curious about is why the drop frame sequence skips the ;04 and ;09 frames when with a sequence time code in NDF it typically skips the :02 and :07 frames.
