The other critical problem with PluralEyes is that it matches the waveforms to the CAMERA's waveforms which are not in sync to begin with. So the good audio will be just as out of sync as the bad audio.
Try this at home. Shoot five seconds of a selfie with a 5D of you clapping once.
Then import it and look at where the waveform is compared to the visual of the clap. Will probably be off by two or three frames.
