[Avid-L2] SD Mojo with MC7?

 

I have an original Mojo (composite SD video).

If I plug it in to my Mac (using a Firewire 400 to 800 cable), my Mac sees that there is a Mojo at the end of the cable (in the About this Mac section of the OS).

But in the Capture mode of MC7, it only sees the Host 1394, and has no mention of the Mojo. Is there a special Mojo software install that's necessary? Is an old Standard Def Mojo compatible with MC7?

I'm just trying to digitize some old VHS tapes.
