[Avid-L2] RE: OT: legal copy of MC

Hi all, the OP ia asking for a legal copy of the software, or second hand, calm down; and the guy is not the one complaining about high price and low income. As for the sharp fox suggesting to purchase an academic version: that's not legal for professional use, so it's not what the OP is looking for, and it's not even legal for learning the software at home like you do, if you're not a student; cutting corners is not welcome by people who do not cut the corners, you smart boy.

Greetings,

I'm a long-time FCP editor who has generally worked with post houses running FCP 7 and Premiere. But lately, I've begun developing a relationship with a company who uses MC on Macs. I downloaded the 30-day trial, but would now like to buy my own, fully-licensed, legal copy of MC.

Any info on where to buy a legit used copy, or any gotchas to look out for are much appreciated.

Thanks!
