[Avid-L2] Double Zero

 

We just upgraded to MC 7.0.2 ( with Symph option)
and I notice the period key no longer enters Double Zeroes
when changing a starting Timecode.

It still functions when entering a TC in the timeline, however.

Has any once else run into this and found a way to revert the behavior?
