Just did mine (Mac). You don't need the listed AVCHD plugin in 7.0.2 as it comes with the system. The worst looking linked website is Panasonic, I think! Found the right button in the end.

Yes - some are in there by default in 7.0.2 (more than in 6.5). I manually copied some of the old 'wrong' plugins when 7 first appeared just to get working. Not sure what's happening with 7.0.2.On 10 Oct 2013, at 07:38, Pat Horridge wrote:Currently this is a real mess.I've just started to roll out V 7.0.2 on our training systems and am running an Avid media management course today and explaining the situation re AMA is to say the least entertaining. The Avid AMA plugins page just doesn't tell you what you need to know.It implies all the AMA plugins listed are available and needed which they aren't.You have to dig through each plugin only to find any are already installed in V7.0.2 so not listed. Some like the Red plugin are wrong (the mac 1.9.1 red plugin is actually the .exe of the PC plugin and the PC one is the same…)The changes in the AMA requirements should be reflected in that opening page with a description of the Avid version numbers from V5 to V7.0.2 and a new page that then lists what you need, what version numbers are the correct ones and then links to those sites.I'm still not sure I have Sony XDCAM EX plugins (will test today) and still no Red 1.9.1 Mac plugin (V1.9 seems to work)Pat Horridge
