Only what is purchased on the Online store or a box kit code is redeemed via the activationcard goes into your My Account at account.avid.com.
Inside the box should have been a card and on the back of that card a code. you redeem it and we deposit your activation ID inside your My Account within the Products Not Yet downloaded area. Once you select download - we then put the code in your Products section of the account.

I got the software installed and activated, but there doesn't seem to be any record of it in my Avid Master account. I've got access to the download center just fine; I got an email from Avid summarizing the activation.
I'd like to set up a dedicated boot drive for Symphony, but I'm scared to de-activate this license without any visible online record of it.
Can anyone explain the different Avid accounts to me? Should I see this license online anywhere since I bought it from a retail vendor?
