10 uses a new database structure so you need all your existing jobs outbofbthe system.
Also / 10 install will replace your 9 install. I suspect you might get do and FCP/FCPx deal where if you rename resolve to resolve 9 before install it might not blast it away but I didn't do that.
Have not seen any real bugs in 10 yet and have done several jobs.

I'm still running 10.7.5 throughout the shop - I was just about to clone my system drive (as a backup) then replace resolve 9 with resolve 10 - figured I should probably upgrade the OS at the same time - any caveattes? Anyone done this? I'd really rather not re-install everything if I can avoid it.
Seems like 10.8.x has a lot of 'helpful' crap in there, too - Is there a guideline for what to turn off anywhere?
(googling now - just would prefer first-hand advice!)
