Are you using dongle manager from your v6 or v7 symphony system? If you're using the v6 dongle manger try install v7 and use the dongle that gets installed with v7.

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade my dongle from Symphony 6.5 - to MC 7 with the symphony option.

I've tried using the updater file Avid gave me on the site, and the one they emailed me with the Avid Dongle Manager - but every time I try, I get the following error: "No dongle compatible with this update found"

Any ideas on how I can fix this?
