Restraint is really hard for me. <br/><br/>The funny thing is Avid swore up and down that they would make an effort to differentiate Symphony and give it notable advantages over MC. This was probably in response to a wave of "kill the product" and "merge it into MC" sentiment. It was also around the time of a sales push around some discount or new pricing.<br/><br/>Avid did not deliver. They did not make good. <br/><br/>Additionally the Symphony option is over priced, does little and their method of licensing it is very silly. Avid should just kill it. The option should be standard equipment. <br/><br/>Also, plug ins and bundled software is not development nor is it elegantly implemented.
