Find out which iPad madel she has. iPad v1 might be more limited in what
it can handle.

Use the presets in Squeeze, Compressor or Adobe Mefia Encoder and you
should be fine. If you try to do it yourself from scratch it may not play.
There are done obscure settings not available in the standard export
dialog.
