Either avoid the wide shot or roto in a new backdrop. ;)
Almost 15 years ago an "A" director was asked by an editor at my shop why he didn't shoot background plates for all the rig removal that needed to be done. Answer: "You editors are all alike. You want us to make it too easy for you."
