Works here on Symphony 6.5. As Steve pointed out, could be a user setting, especially if you attempted to bring the user settings forward from 4.05. That's always a no-no. You should completely rebuild you user settings with every new release. I even do this with point releases. If you brought old user settings forward, chances are very good that they've corrupted. Start with a factory default user setting and see if it works.
