If the metadata lives in ' some' form of a database, i've got something as well.
(It did about 1.5 terrabyte of stock music for DL, where the metadata came from Excel)
From Wave to Avid MXF, including a 44.1 to 48, custumizable reducing of levels (audio cd's are mixed as loud as possible, while we like about 9 dB headroom),
and all metadata inside the MXF, so no need to drag bins together with the media.
But if it's only the metadata inside the BWF, i'm pretty sure Rainer has done a swell job.
(And if you're missing something, i'm pretty sure he'll help you if you ping him.)

If you regular import BWAV it should bring metadata embedded in the file.

One of the libraries that I'm looking at has bwav as the file type. If I look at the description metadata there's a ton of information. Once I import/AMA the files nothing more than more than the clip name.
