I rerendered my sequence in V. 5.5.3.7 and then took that sequence to a MC soft 3.1.3 system and the safe color renders were okay. I also brought the sequence to our AE station with mc soft V 5.5.3 and the safe color renders are okay there. So it appears that renders of the safe color effect are backwards compatible but not forward compatible from V 5.5.3 to 5.5.3.7. This seems so similar to the aforementioned loss of renders I saw from V 3.5 to V 4 or was it V 4 to V 5 whenever the keyframes were added to color correction. But if it was the symphony color correction the lower track blurs would be unrendered too. It seems there is something unique to the Safe Color Limit Effect that is causing the original renders to be unlinked. It is also telling that little subsections seem to stay render linked when a lower track change had caused that subsection to become unrendered after the original render of the entire effect. Weird

Everything seems fine but I notices all my safe color limiter effects which were completely rendered were all now unrendered except for a few sub sections of the effect. Individual rendered effects like blurs on lower tracks were intact. It also reprogrammed the FPGAs in the Nitris DX witch I was kind of surprised about. I remember losing renders like that between upgrades from V 4 to V 5 IIRC. At the time I was under the impression it had to do with the addition of keyframable color correction. These is very similar but I'm not quite sure what's up. The sections that seem to still have the safe color renders appear to be sections that sub sections of a longer safe color effect that had become unrendered do to a lower track change. So it's the original complete effect renders that seem to have lost there link even
