I want to clarify a bit here - I indeed talked to Mike about how useful a title tool would be, but that does not mean we are building one. We routinely look at several different types of tools and we do so by talking to users and showing them mock-ups of what such tools might look like -- this title tool was an example of that sort of mock-up. Right now we are looking at every possible feature/project mentioned to us in the past 18 months, but so far that is the extent of it.
Incidentally, if you are interested in giving me your opinion on how useful a title tool would be, or want to participate in tests like this and would like to help shape future versions of Sapphire, please contact me directly.
