I'm pretty sure CalDigit's Thunderbolt stuff --STILL-- isn't yet shipping. At least that's how it looks to me:

Bummer, because their stuff seems pretty decent for the price. A friend is using the thunderbolt Promise Pegasus RAID systems. Just pinged him and he replied:
"I'm using the Pegasus R6 12TB. Getting 600 mb/s in Raid 5 via Thunderbolt. It was a great purchase."

Note that he regularly backs up. :-). Also, he works with 4K red footage and After Effects stuff a lot. Like Wilson says, Thunderbolt commands a bit of a price premium...
