It will all get much smoother in 4k.
On this color correction topic I think we are pushing the wrong horse. Get baselight to add the context stuff, shot box etc and then its a 1k option - same as the symphony add on and more powerful.
I've used the euphonix with smoke and its equally jumpy nothing happens then bam red. I have it on my desk and it adds a splash of light if I switch it on but it's barely been used.
The tangent elements on my davinci though gets hammered.
