I've been using the the LaCie 2Big 4TB Thunderbolt Raid drive since December. It's been rock solid and very fast. I have it direct into the Thunderbolt port on my rMBP and I loop a Sonnet TB to FW express 34 card off it for my FW drives. So far, no issues.
