I've been using PhraseFind with MC 5.5. I want to move PhraseFind over to another system with Symphony 6. I deactivated it in MC, but when I tried to activate it in Symphony, the installation code for PhraseFind doesn't seem to have the correct number of characters.
I've spent a long time today trying to find answers at the Avid support website and on the phone, but I can't figure out how to ask the question without purchasing a support code. (I don't feel I need tech support, just a fast answer on how to activate PhraseFind from one system to another.)
I also discovered that my Master Avid account shows only my MC5.5 system. It doesn't show I have Symphony 6 -- although I do have an email confirmation from a year ago that it was registered. (And the Complimentary Service Access Code they sent does not seem to be valid anymore, so I can't use that either!)
Should this be so difficult? Anyone know how to do this or who to contact at Avid to make it happen?
