I think my eyesight has stayed the same but that Avid 6 has made me feel
like my eyesight worse. The font is thinner than it was on previous
versions.
A couple of months ago when I started a project on 6.5 I began to get
neck aches - I realized it was because I was looking at the screen
through the reading section of my progressive lenses, so my head was
tilted up all day! Bought a pair of reading glasses and my neck is
better - although I agree the screen distance is a little far for the
reading lens. Now I spend all day leaning forward!
