I forgot to add that I haven't tried the same thing in a 720P 29.97 project but given on can toggle my project to that format I would hope it would work the same way. I have noticed with motion adapters etc.... I will often see a 2:2:2:4 cadence when stepping through the psf/fields but once rendered the 2/3 cadence is there. Could that be fooling you?
