Jay Nancy Glass Productions located outside Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a full time staff Avid technician / IT support technician. They will oversee and support Avid systems on a shared storage system, and other IT technical operations of the company.
Ideal candidate has:
- Ability to successfully troubleshoot unfamiliar problems and oversee operational uptime
- Minimum 2 years experience supporting Avid, Avid Unity Media Network 5, and/or Isis 5000
- In-depth knowledge of Avid Media Composer in a technical support role
-Knowledge of Protools a plus
- Experience with both decks and tape-based workflows, and tapeless workflows
- Experience with hardware support of Avid Media Composer systems
- Familiarity with both Mac and Windows-based systems
-ACSR Certification a plus
-Windows Server / Microsoft Exchange knowledge a plus
