So I just bought a Symphony upgrade from our reseller. $599 from 5.5.3 to 6.5.2 with a v7 upgrade included. I already installed the trial version of 6.5.2 to get me through a job. I noticed on the upgrade invoice that there was an additional $20 shipping charge. Apparently, Avid is sending me a plastic card with a license number written on it. Really, $20? Why can't they just email me the license as before?
