I typically use the 'relink to selected items in open bins' option. Is
that what you're using?

If so make sure you have your sequence in a bin, your new AMA clips
highlighted in another bin (or multiple bins), and to be on the safe
side I would close any unneeded bins to make sure nothing else is
selected that you don't intend to be. Then select the sequence and
relink via the 'selected items' method.

I would make the relink as permissive as possible, so allow relinking to
media from any project, on all available drives, don't match case when
comparing filenames.

If that still doesn't work, I know some other folks suggest assigning
tapenames, and trying to relink based on that. I haven't tried that
route myself...
