I name and number all my bins sequentially.
00_Edit Sequence
01_Edit Work Bin
02_Raw Footage
etc...
Main thing tho - *only the current sequence* is in the "Edit Sequence" bin.
All other old versions, alts, etc. live in the "Work Bin".
And all my sequences are named like this:
XXXX_CCN_Project-Name_Version_YYYYMMDD
XXXXX equals the project number
Then the 3 letter Client ID code
The Project Name
The Project version
The date created
As far as handling the management of elements at the "finder" level, I
