Great move to consolidate the products and long overdue.
I think this is a release aimed squarely at the core user group (broadcast and film) and could do well. As usual, the upgrade pricing is muddy (you almost can hear: "if you act now, we'll send you TWO MC7's at no cost except shipping and handling..."). Have to wait a while to see if the influx of cash can help the company.
