I got this working, for anyone interested.
When I got the online quality footage, I was able to relink the sequence to
the new file (renamed to match the offline quality file).
I then transcoded the new AMA master clip to DNX 175. Then relinked the
sequence to the DNX media. I was not able to relink directly to the DNX
media without relinking the sequence to the new file via AMA first.
