Maybe I'm the only one who's out of the loop, but I only today saw that PBS (in the USA) released new TOS (Technical Operating Specifications) dated Feb. 7, 2013:

AFAIK this is the first TOS that describes the specs for program delivery on XDCam disks, and it also summarizes the (technical) specs for containerization.
