I wonder if Mr Harding can do something about the nausea generated by badly post-produced stereoscopic 3D conversions! :-)

Its pretty clear here in the UK.
There's even been a few cases of cuts caused by content that hadn't been Harding checked and subsequent checking showed the harding box would have warned it could.
However I believe there was a case if an issue with a Harding passed program and I believe the Harding checks have been Harding "modified" so its clearly not clear.
Here in the UK broadcast content has to be PSE checked but weird you can post the same content on the web or distribute via DVD /Blu-ray without a PSE check.
Go figure.
