Sony Vegas. It started off as an multi-track audio editor. You can open MC projects directly in it now.

Gee - this may really show my age or how long I've been involved in Avid.
AudioVision was the product - Tons of sound editors thought it
blew protools away for the editorial process.

Too bad Avid killed it years ago.
