Well, for the high-end, I think Avid's solution is WAY more secure than Adobe Anywhere. They are fundamentally different approaches to the same problem. For many - and money will be the differentiator - Adobe will work to the same purpose. Avid's seems a lot more feature rich and allows for a more robust project-sharing, but it's also WAY more costly.
