I agree that the whole ISIS/Interplay/Sphere/ect. is all very confusing. Well, this is kind of like this, but it's different, even though it sounds the same, but you have to have this to make it work, even though we don't ever say that you need this to make it work, but you do....
It would be really nice is the website did a better job about explaining what the different parts are and how it all works.
I know of another site that is so confusing that it makes me wonder how many people just get too turned off even to make a call. It's the Aspera website.
