Set audio project output setting to Direct Out
Export QT REF of your sequence
Open in QuickTime Pro
Save as Self Contained Movie
Resulting file has four mono QT tracks. Playback in QT will be mono, you
can turn on and off channels from CMD-J (Show Movie Properties)
