[Avid-L2] [OT] - Mystery Song

Here's a crazy one for the collective:

The client likes this song (http://youtu.be/FbglsPnueYM)
but has no idea where they got it!
Anyone recognize it?
The title may be "Whispering" or contain that word.
I already tried using Midomi, Musipedia and Tunatic to see if it could be identified (I haven't been able to try Shazam yet).
I've checked through about 10 to 12 online production music sites too, searching for the word "whisper."

If it rings a bell, let me know….
