I had a similar problem some time ago try this:
- open the folder HD\Library\Application Support\Digidesign\Plug-Ins.
- remove from here the files that start with AIR (20 files).
search on all you partitions (within the Avid Media Files Folder) for Msmfmid and Msmmmob, delete all of them, empty trash, then restart MC
