We mix resolutions on ISIS everyday. Never a problem.

Subject: [Avid-L2] Isis workspaces
OK, I've got another ISIS question.
I heard that you shouldn't mix resolutions on a workspace of Isis... That seems bizarre. I'd think if you've got a DNxHD100 workspace open and an AVCHD workspace open, the drives/blades are doing the same work... they're just virtual volumes, right? That media, on separate workspaces, could be side by side on the platters, I'd think.
Solid knowledge and real world experience appreciated. Guessers (like me) need not apply.
