Thanks for the tip! Even tho the rest of the timeline type looked normal, following your guide restored the sync break font to normal. Interestingly tho initially it only changed the font on the tracks I had selected. But all is back to normal and my eyes thank you.

Is the entire Timeline text changed? Hit Timeline window, the Edit Menu> Set Font.
