[Avid-L2] Re: Fing Harding Piece of S^$##^* Does someone in LA have a Harding

I haven't done exhaustive research on how positively the results of the Harding Tests are proven to reduce or eliminate the possibility of PSE (Photosensitive Epilepsy) so I can only agree on the fact that all the Harding eggs are in one basket. One guy is discovering the problem and the cure and has sold it to the masses. If in fact this is such a well documented phenomena why don't we require it in the US? I know much of the programming I've generated in my MTV days would violate the Harding specs. Not to mention the gut level nausea I've induced with the likes of Pauley Shore. ;-)
