Re: [Avid-L2] An ISIS admin question . . .

 

Roger, I'm the ISIS administrator in our facility. We have fairly
detailed procedures about what sort of files are supposed to be stored
in what workspaces. When I notice something substantial that is out of
place, I copy it to a folder on another networked drive called "Items
Removed from ISIS". Then I delete the files that were where they didn't
belong. This encourages people to make a good faith effort to follow
the procedures. Maybe some variation of this policy would work for
you. --J.B.
