If your users reliably log out of their Mac user accounts, then you could have an AppleScript triggered upon logout, I think. The Isis client software is most likely not scriptable, but you could cook something up that scripts the UI. Or maybe that script should eject the ISIS partions from the desktop? (I have no idea how ISIS works and behaves... so the details are left to the reader ;-).
