In Avid/ Settings / Film and 24p
Select Standard Pulldown. Make sure TC:00:00:00 = A Frame
Feed the Avid, SD bi-level sync
In SRW
TC / ALT / PDPSET
(24) 00:00:00 = (30) 00:00:00
Feed it both bi-level and tri-level.
Tri should be locked to the bi-level sync.
With this setting Avid will know when to begin pulldown removal no matter
the end value of your starting TC.
