Thanks so much Steve. That means a great deal coming from you. And you are very right: it is a lot of work -- more than I ever imagined! There were quite a few challenges along the way (that's practically a book in itself), but in the end I feel it's a worthwhile book with some helpful information, and an approach, not available in other books on this topic. In the end, I truly hope that it helps those that read it.
