"In any other room" implies a site setting, a user setting (unless that user setting also works fine in the other rooms) or possibly some connection or networking issue to that room.

Are you using the same user settings in all of the rooms? Do some of the user settings that work in the other rooms also work in the "bad" room? What if you go to one of the "good" rooms and use your user settings there? Does that cause it to stop working in the "good" rooms? Then it would be some user setting. Or can you get it to work in the "bad" room by using one of the user settings that's being used in one of the "good" rooms?
