A few questions:
1. Are you seeing stress marks in your timeline? If so, what color?
2. What sort of material is stuttering? XDCAM? Dnx-145? AvcHD?
3. Are you working with mixed frame rates?
4. Do you have BaseAnalyzer or EdPrep installed on your system?
5. Is all your footage on ISIS? How full are the workspaces?
