Re: [Avid-L2] Phrase find upgrade?

If you leave PhraseFind activated and do an upgrade, the new software will
find it and reactivate it for you. However, if (as in most cases) you do a
clean install on a new OS (as most often suggested with a full version
upgrade), there's no way for the software to know you had PhraseFind.
That's how it happened for me, so a call to Avid support was necessary to
transfer the 5.5 PhraseFind license to a v6 license, as they have
completely different serials.
