I feel your pain.

Go to www.avid.com/upgrade and you should be re-directed to a page that allows you to enter your dongle #, System ID and the upgrade code you received in the email. You should then be able to download and be emailed a dongle versioner file.

You should also be able to run 6.5 as a demo and deal with this after the holidays.
