Definitely NOT Avid-Certified. Before I posted the question I tried searching the manual for "Stress Marks" and came up empty.
I was beginning to think that the Avid now had indicators of how bad the client relations were getting. Like if they were red it would be time for a phone session with the therapist to calm down.
