[Avid-L2] Re: 2:30AM and a 2GB limit error on AAF Export Really?

 

Is that the edit protocol check box already mentioned in this thread. Just to repeat my suggestion to Avid. If you are going to go to the trouble of giving me and error prompt why not suggest in the error prompt that checking the edit protocol box will allow larger the 2GB exports. There are other error messages that suggest solutions for the issue. But now that I think about it how long did it take Avid to add to the digital cut error message that could not find time code coincidence point OR THE TAPE MAY BE RECORD INHIBITED. If that's any indication I won't hold my breath. ;-)
