Avid should still be able to supply one(under or after warranty).
Be aware that IntelRAID is finicky and won't allow you to rebuild on a mismatched drive.
And I would act fast, as Unity5 stores all metadata for the driveset on the system drive.

I think the system drives on these are mirrored and one of ours has failed,
so it runs in degraded mode. Do I need to replace with an Identical drive
which is now not that easy to find or can it be any one of the same size?
